This new update contains a number of important changes and bug fixes. We recommend that all customers upgrade at their convenience.
New Features & Significant Changes
Added ability to set up companies as STANDARD or PROFESSIONAL interface within a Professional or Enterprise system.
Added the option to predefine tax calculation method for each transaction type. You can now set Bonus tax calculation method automatically for bonus type.
Added Company Status to Company Settings. This allows Payroll Bureaus to turn off some of the companies no longer in use.
Updated payroll screen to make it a bit easier and simplify repeating transactions.
Added two new export options for Payroll Bureaus who may need to export all their records to their client company at some point:
1. Added Export All Payslips under export options on Payroll screen.
2. Added Export All Spanish Tax Letters under export options on Payroll screen.
Minor Improvements & Bug Fixes:
If a system is more than 12 months out of date, EasyPay will attempt to update itself automatically.
Improved Bank Details Export by excluding fields that are not used for a particular payment type.
Fixed an issue where you could not amend Leave Scheme Employment form description if Leave Facility turned off.
Added an option to just backup the database on the Admin menu. This can be convenient as it is faster than Backup options.
Fixed a bug causing occasional duplications on pension report.
Fixed a bug with Import Transactions From Excel. Affected imports where more than 1 transaction type is imported for an employee and transaction type is the last persistent type shown on the payslip.
Fixed an issue with a field label appearing on top of the Terms of engagement.
Fixed a bug where Conversion from string “All Spanish Letters” to type boolean error message came up, when running a report.
Fixed a minor bug with Company Select.
Fixed an issue with import of transactions to payslip if there are two transaction types with the same name.
