Notes



1. For licenses over 50 Employees, please ask a reseller for a quote. EasyPay can support up to 50,000 employees.

2. The 5 Employee version is a cut down version with payroll features only.

3. Annual subscription fee comprises the license fee, updates and payroll cover. Updates ensure you and your payroll are kept up to date with regulatory changes such as tax and social insurance. Payroll cover means that we will provide priority support if your payroll system stops working and email support. The Annual subscription is calculated pro-rata and invoiced from 1st July each year.

4. Upgrade Up - Simply pay the difference in cost of the two versions.

5. The software is licensed by number of employees for 1 server. There are no additional costs for multiple company support or for multiple workstations. For multiple servers within the same organisation, companies are required to purchase additional licenses at a discounted rate. Please contact your reseller for more specific pricing.

6. All software we supply is subject to our software licence.
